Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹999 across India.
Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can also track your order by logging into your account or contacting our support team at support@ayurvnova.com with your order ID.
We currently deliver to all pin codes across India. If your location is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange delivery through alternative couriers.
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on inventory availability and warehouse location. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery). We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please retain the original packaging and take photographs of any damaged items.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, including landmark, pin code, and contact number. AyurVnova is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
